Well, just Quail Island- which is a tiny recreation reserve in Lyttleton Harbour. I had been there before- but Brad hadn't. It was a hot day- an excellent day for a boat ride and a beach!
Looks just LOVELY!!!!! I believe Lyttleton had quite a bit of destruction after the earthquake(looks like the reconstruction must have taken place) I am happy ---it really looked like a great day for the beach!!!!
Yes, there was quite a bit of damage in Lyttleton because it sits on a hill. But most of the buildings are 1 story so it certainly wasn't total devastation. It is still a cute town with a pretty harbour.
